Benefiber Website Refresh

The first task to this project was the discovery phase, see what elements we could enhance. Our goal was to generate more sales, interest, leads and enhance the product as much as we could. I ensured that this project was under budget, the proper deliverables were in the scope, defined proper functionality, ensured that milestones were met in order to launch even though the project was broken down in 3 phases. I managed relations with third party vendors. Worked alongside creative, U/X, client service and developers to refresh this site. I also managed interactive banners for Benefiber.
